Settlers Park Residents Association (SPRA) created on May 27, 2012

On May 26, 17 residents from 11 households, representing also other households who expressed their interest in membership but could not make it to come, met to start Settlers Park Residents Association (SPRA).

We invite everyone who is interested to work for the community contact us about membership in SPRA. Everybody is welcome!

SPRA mission

To make this community safer, cleaner, happier and more comfortable place to live


SPRA is created to protect rights and support interest of ratepayers and residents of community surrounding German Mills Settles Park;

To encourage communication, cooperation and mutual support among ratepayers and residents, town authorities and other community groups, disseminate information on issues concerning community life;

To promote accountability in the administrative process of government and other organizations, foster democratic process and public participation in local government.


Boundaries of Area Represented:

South: Steels Ave, East: German Mills Creek, North: Railway Line, West: Dawn Hill Trail, intersection of John St. and railway road
